Butterfly Project

5-week programme for women aged 18+

Survivors can progress to groupwork when their individual support comes to an end, allowing them to continue their recovery journey and to work on issues which they may still wish to work on. The Butterfly Project is aimed at helping survivors move forward from simply “surviving” to “thriving” and covers topics such as understanding our values, increasing self-esteem, setting new achievable goals and personal growth. The group offers a safe environment where survivors can offer and experience mutual support.

Kaleidoscope – Our Survivor Involvement Group

We recognise that survivors are experts in their experience and bring their own perspective about the support services they have received. Survivors participation is at the heart of the development of our services and we greatly value their contribution.

Our aim is to improve the quality of our services by making them more responsive to the needs of survivors who use them. Group members also get involved in local and national consultations and development opportunities. Kaleidoscope is open to survivors who have accessed our Sunrise support service.
